  • The Investment Team has an aggregate fund management experience of over 100 years, having expertise across various functions like Investment Management, Project Finance, Corporate Lending, Financial Restructuring, Legal and Real Estate Project Development and Management.
  • Proven track record for successfully identifying, structuring, investing and exiting investments across India, along with partnering the market leaders in various micro markets.
  • Have added 4 senior resources which have further strengthened the team.
  • The Investment team is supported by members from other departments viz - Compliance, Legal, Client Servicing, Product and Operations. All our investments, processes, documentation and client services are vetted through strict independent checks by the support teams following the Maker – Checker rule.

Over 20 years of experience spanning Real Estate Investment & Funding,Corporate Finance, Tax and Regulatory, with exposure across all product classes and cities.Previously associated with SUN-Apollo Real Estate Advisors, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

Chartered Accountant, Graduate of Cost Accountancy, Graduate in Commerce.

He has been with Real Estate PMS of ICICI Prudential AMC since November 2010.
